Thanks for your critiques yesterday.
Today I post a Brown Fur Seal. It's photographed at Cape Cross. At Cape cross there's a Brown Fur Seal colony.
I took quite some photos mostly with my 400mm, some with my other cameras as well, I guess and a quick video to capture the sound(not a seasoned filmer with bad equipment and hardly time...so,a lot of excuses)
As I have a lot(I hope)of images, we'll start with the Pinnipeds...

Pinnipeds (from Latin pinna, wing or fin, and ped-, foot) or fin-footed mammals are a widely distributed and diverse group of semi-aquatic marine mammals comprising the families Odobenidae (walruses), Otariidae (eared seals, including sea lions and fur seals), and Phocidae (earless seals). Formerly classified as a separate biological suborder, Pinnipedia is now sometimes considered a superfamily within Caniformia, a suborder in the Carnivora order.

Hallo Annick,
Jammer dat je bij deze foto niet kunt ruiken. Toen wij daar waren was de lucht niet te harden. Bovendien vond ik het moeilijk uit de kluwen dieren een goede foto te halen. Maar weer een schitterende foto van jou in perfecte scherpte. Buitengewoon goede compositie en achtergrond. Fantastisch mooie natuurlijke kleuren.

this shot is lovely - so close, so many details - do they realy have ears - can we see this ear here?
Ok - clear - they can hear - but I have never seen a ear at this animal ... sorry - don't laugh ...

I was at Cape Cross in October and stayed at the lodge there. This is an excellent shot - great pose and very good detail.
