The quality of light here is just excellent. Beautiful colors and tones. Nice sharp detail with a perfect OOF backround. I too am frustrated many times when I can'y quite pull them in a little closer. This still looks excellent.

Great picture of those 2 birds "kissing"! Tge green over the ochre bg is superb! I like the diagonal formed by the branch too. Nice colors, pov, dof and composition!
