A beautiful follow up to the sad story of FIV. Such a gorgeous youngster too, with a nice composition and lovely colors too. Thanks for continuing education regarding FIV.

Nice moment for you, but not for him - either way, he will shortly have to get up and follow the sun or the shadow. Which venue is this?

She's/He's cute. It is so fluffy I thought the focus was soft. Great picture and composition of a lovely animal.

Nice detail, both in the photograph and in the description. I like how he's squinting in that patch of sunlight.
Lovely sweet litel cub Gerhard. He looks very cuddley :) I think you caughet him very well with the light shining on his face and with the paw sticking out like that. I was wondering a bit about the fur, i noticed you had been using some noise removal software (then red your note and had it confirmed ;)). I think you are right in what you say in your reply to Robert, that it is due to the post process. I decided to try and get back some details and structure to the fur in a WS. I hope you liek it.
Nice, relaxed moment you captured here. You did well to manage the high contrast between light and dark.
Shooting soft fur like this is always difficult. The amount of noise removal is slightly too much to my taste (I think that photo's can become too "plastic" if you are not careful with NeatImage, although it is a great tool to use), but that's just a personal thing.
Otherwise, well done!

Kittie KAT! He is cute and cuddlable, & I, too would shoot him. The problem is the light/shadow in one frame, as presented, iy fools your camera meter, and you get some hot spots on the ears and eyes - compare these areas with the white below his chin - sy kenbaardjie -and you will see the difference in exposure. As for the fur, the fur of small felines are not the same length through out, I think it is part of their defence /camo strategy. Just think of a baby cheetha, they ARE fuzzy, so the camera cannot record them differently.
