Hello Tim,
Very appealing shot of a Red-eyed Bulbul (Pycnonotus nigricans) with fine pose and excellent sharpness against a pleasing BG. You hvae IS in your equipment but the bird must have held his pose and your hand must be pretty steady to take such a good shot with such low shutter speed.
