[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A ant and a spider on some wild flowers near Hanaertsburg. This could have been interesting had I seen them. I only noticed the insects on the picture once I downloaded them. I believe the flowers are from a bramble bush. Nasty bush with many thorns. Also known as the " wag a bietjie bos" in Afrikaans.

Hi Willie, Nice compo, three works beter than two in most instances! Try not to centre it too muck, more left or right improves the impact.
Check your focus, it it on the green leaves, not on the petals!
You do not give shooting info, so I cannot help how to improve here. Generally, F8 would render petals and leaves sharp.
Also, some info on the flowers, please!

Coincido con las opiniones de Callie totalmente.
La oportunidad de captura de la imagen con los 2 insectos tan próximos, hubiera permitido incluso un mayor acercamiento con mejor resultado en el foco.
De todas formas, los colores y la composicion son agradables.

I agree totally with the opinions of Callie.
The opportunity of capture of the image with the 2 so next insects, had allowed even a greater approach with better result in the focus.
In any case, the colors and the composition are pleasant.

C'è un bel traffico su questi fiori, la qualità non è ottima, ma l'effetto è interessante

Nice shot (I like the little insect a lot). Funny thing but as I have never been to Africa and don't know anything about the plants that grow there, then for me it looks like a strawberry - the leaves and the flowers look exactly like it (are you sure it's not strawberry? I'm sure you're right and maybe this bramble bush is related to the plant I think it could be). Anyway, I think it's a very pretty photo (maybe a tiny bit too dark, though). Thanks a lot for sharing.
Take care,
B

Willie, although the category is "flowers", it could also be insects, since I could spot some in your shot.

Beautiful composition, a simple and poetic one.
