[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Meeting a steenbok is always an exciting experience. this small, cute animal stood there in front of my car and didn't know what to do.It looked at me for almost 1 minute. I like the head of this animal. Watch the big ears, the small horns and the black eyes!
Steenboks are found primarily on open plains although not in rocky or sloping areas. They're solitary animals, individuals only having contact with others during the mating season.
Normally, steenboks are active in the morning and evening, but may continue into the night when there's bright moonlight. The rest of the time they seek out high grass or ant bear holes which offer some protection from their main enemies, which include leopards, eagles, pythons, jackals and hyaenas.

Interesting pic Zeno, the composition is good. The blue tone is what pulling down the pic. This can be corrected in PS though.

This is a beatiful capture, it seems the steenbok fell in love with you :) Really the composition is very nice and cute, but strong. I think a little frame would add to the photo this time. Good work.
