On my screen this seems to be more a Blue Beauty than a Black one. May be a light effect. Great DOF. The background has something strange. But Which Eye! Callie must be happy of it!

Very nice portrait Willie. I know your shooting with a video-cam but I have to tell you it almost looks like a photo-shop creation with the soft details & brushed looking BG. Whatever the reasons it as an overall artistic brush-stroke look. Thanx for posting!

Willie if you do this with your video cam, please buy a good photo cam soon. The quality of this one is not as good as the impressing owl or the others you posted, but the subject and the composition are wonderful, and BG special.
