Hello Annick,
Great pose and composition of this sharp image of a Cattle Egret. You shouldn't have left this one so long before posting: it is one of the best I've seen of a Cattle Egret on TN.

Excellent picture of Cattle Egret. Very good pose showing the impression on his face, good composition, pin sharp details even on whites, nice BG showing a bit of natural habitat in front and the back is nicely blurred.

Hi Annick.
Lighting on this Egret is beautiful and the F/16 has bought his environment in with a perfect soft detailed DOF behind him, enough to get a visual but soft enough to make him really stand out, beautifully done. Great pose you caught with exposure and sharpness spot on.

Hallo Annick,
Bijna gemist, maar het komt toch nog goed.
Prachtige opname van deze koereiger. Je ziet ze ontzettend veel in Afrika, maar bijna altijd met de kop naar beneden. In deze pose heb je er een schitterende compositie van gemaakt. Erg goede kleuren en scherpte.
Dit is overigens nog een jong exemplaar. Morgen zal ik een foto van een volwassen koereiger plaatsen.

Hoi Annick,
Dit is leuk. Eerst de close up en nu het totaal beeld. Ook hier springt het oog gelijk naar voren. Het is bijzonder te zien dat de vogel hier stukken minder wit lijkt dat bij de close up. het heeft vast en zeker met het licht te maken en misschien is er verschil tussen elke vogel. De kleur echtheid in deze foto is super. Vooral het gras komt goed naar voren.
