Cool shot of this guy. I have seen many Lilacbreasted roller during my visit to central Africa. This is new information that is more different kind of this colorful birds. Cool!

Sorry but this is a Lilac Breasted roller not an European roller.

European have green/blue breast and face and no pink anywhere.

BTW a good portrait.

Nice portrait, Farid!
But I agree with Andrea that this is not a European Roller. but is as she says, a Lilac-breasted.
I like the natural colours, the detail and the comp.

One of my favourite birds of Africa.
The natural colours, you had photographed, are very beautiful. The colours are brillant when it's flying in the sun.
