It's a well composed, dynamic photo. Certainly well worth waiting for.
A pity it wasn't focused on eagle.

Baie welkom hier op TN!!
This is a very nice shot of this immature Bateleur. And not an easy one to take. Consider cropping off some area on the top and on the right, so that you place the bird in the top, right third of the frame, and look at the difference this makes to the impact on the viewer.
Also, if you can drop a short note on the bird, the conditions, etc. Need not be technical in toto, it is about the sharing.

You've done well to get the eagle in the frame at all, I know how difficult this sort of shot is. The bird takes off and then exposure, focus, etc goes out the window, you just want to click! Having said, that, the picture could be greatly improved with a little PP. Some cropping, levels adjustment and sharpening maybe.I've tried a little workshop.
