is this the blue-headed tree agama? I'm not quite sure.
I saw this stunning agama in krugerpark and made a couple of pics of this strange, colorful animal.

Hi Zeno, very exotic looking animal. Wonderful colours and fine details in the DOF. Wish to have a bit more DOF, but by having this you may loose the beautiful BG. Hard decision :)

An excellent shot, but I cannot help with the ID. The colors are great, just alittle shallow on the DOF. Nice Shot!

Cool coloured lizard. Great POV and BG, pity he's not all in focus.

Hey Zeno, cool agama. Ive never seen one with that combination of colours. I dont think it is a tree agama as they look a bit more like iguanas with spines and what have you on them, they also have a bright blue head. But a fantastic shot! Its great you were able to get so close.

It may be Agama agama or Agama mwanzae. The jury is still out on this one ;-)
Blue headed agamas have blue heads (at least the male ones).
