Red Crested Korhaan
 |

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I think that this is the Red Crested Korhaan. And as you can see the colours are not so different from the envirement.
They are so beautifull and they make a very nice sound, it starts with, tic, tic, tic, and then you hear a serie of loud piping whistles, that is great when you hear it.
Thanks for looking. |

Hi Viv
What a great capture with this excellent pose by this interesting bird.
Excellent POV and DOF, lovely natural colors and great exposure management! Very well framed and composed, too.
Bravo and TFS

Hi Vivian
Good eye contact here. Good pose and low POV. I would have given a bit more space above the head. TFS.

Hi Viv,
Fine capture of a Korhaan, a species of bustard new to me. This is sharp and well-composed. I guess they must be hard to see with their camouflage. Perhaps you hear them first!
TFS,
Regards, Ivan
