These moths are one of those amazing species that can hover motionless while feeding on nectar. This was the first time that I actually saw one sitiing on a branch and was lucky enough to shoot it sevsral times. Hope you enjoy this one.

Nice shot of this moth!
I think it a Macroglossum stellatarum (Linnaeus, 1758).
A bit OE, but still a nice photo!

What a picture!!! Look at the eye of this moth! Amazing!!!
Very good pov and dof. The picture is a little bit overexposed and I think that a little bit of sharpness could help... TFS.

Nice to see a new species, i have never seen this before. Good photograph, but there is noise in the picture which can be easily removed through PP
