Hello Eddie !
This is a wonderful shot ! The picture is a bit blurred and you lost some details on the bird, but his pose is worth a million, you have really frozen him at the most perfect moment. The blurred BG is nice, because he makes the bird stand out and it is not distracting us. Splendid composition, too. Very well done !

These photos are not easy to achieve! ... The approach has been a little off, but under these conditions, can not criticize.

For next opportunity, I suggest ISO 400 and a shutter speed higher.
