Very nice shot. Details perfectly captured despite the difficult bright light behind.
The lioness must have been in desperate need of food indeed. I guess any lion can kill a porcupine. They choose not to do so as they can't do it without getting nasty wounds from the spikes.
The only need I could think of about this pic is that we can't see the porcupine. If you do have a shot where the porcupines shows but that you didn't post because of lower quality it would still be very informative to post it as workshop.
