Although the image is soft on focus and has some noise, I like the pose and the moment you captured. Nice eye contact too. Thank you!

Hi Tomas, great capture, I know the weaver is a very busy bird and not easy to shoot. Your DOF is good however the focus on the subject is not so great.

Welcome to Trek Nature.
Thank you for sharing this photo of the weaver with us. The colours are striking. Pity the photo is out of focus. I have seen these birds building nests and they are busy bodies. They are on the go all the time.
The leaf in this birds beak caught my eye and is striking.
If I remember correctly Japie Venter or Callie de Wet had a posting of a Weaver which was outstanding. That photo was perfectly timed.
But I see you are new to Trek Nature, and I am sure we will be seeing improvement in each posting in the future.
