Nunca habia visto una especie de este pajarraco, y vaya que tiene hermoso plumaje, muy parecido al de las Codornices que tenemos por aqui. Gran calidad en la foto Victor.
Cuando hace mucho calor por aqui, simplemente no dejo que se calienten las cervezas, me las tomo de volada.

Seems like a slow shutter speed for a bird but it appears to have worked. It is sharp against an interesting blurred background. I like the rich color.

Hey Vicma,
I love that dash of red on this curious one...Very good details of the bird's head and frontal portion highlighted by the natural light.I like the way it is cpatured with a little curious look on its eyes.the expression comes across very clearly in the composition.

The colours on the bird's head itself is quite interesting with red, brown, black and cream adorning different parts.Somthing on the way you have caught it in this posture gives me the feeling that this is quite a busy body and moves quite fast.

What an interesting and difficult for shooting subject. Pose of the bird is unusual and so attractive. Colourfulness of the image is great as well as the combination of lights and shadows. Both sharpness of the bird and blurriness of the fine BG are ultimate. Bravo.
