Hi Jan. Well i like the pose you have captured in this shot . ok we canot see the face but it so clear with fine detail and rich colours. a nice refection in the water. you know the ID so yes it works fine for me. well done TFS.

i personnaly love this kind of bird photos while the bird
is on action, you did very well shooting your image at that
moment the Plover's beak on water searching food,
excellent POV and framing, i love that circle of waves
and the subject's reflection on water, excellent sharpness
and details of the plumage, TFS

Love the mirror image capture, and what's really great about this shot is that it's an action shot, but the single ripple in the water's glassy surface sort of makes you want to catch your breath and whisper about it. If that makes any sense ;-) Just wonderful - great clarity, color and composition. Penny
