| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Ground squirrels are common to the restcamps of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park. You need never be bored while visiting the Park, if wildlife sightings are scarce, you can always return to base camp and spend hours watching the antics and photographing the ground squirrels. |

Hi Peter
You are so right about never needed to be bored while these guys are around. One can sit for hours totally mesmerised by the clowning around of these friendly little animals. They are amazingly energetic little creatures and never seize to move around or hassling one another.
This is a great "in-your-face" close up of this little animal. One can see its whiskers all over with neat details abounding on the shot. Excellent natural colour rendition and a well isolated BG that turned out totally OOF due to the DOF and proximity of the subject. Compositionally a strong image with the subject well placed and cropped appropriately with correct body dimensions.
Well done and TFS.
Regards
Loot
Absolutely terrific! I love these little guys because they are amusing and I'm never bored watching them. The texture is amazing and the catchlight is superb. I don't know what else to say because there's nothing to improve on!
