Hi Annick,
wel it doesn;t get much btter than this in terms of wildlife portraiture really. Almost like studio work. The background is superb, as well as the obvious quality of the main subject. First class work, very well done.

This is a splendid capture...The sharpness is genuine from the 400mm as is the bg..The composition is spot on with the branch diagonally crossing the frame.

lovely capture of Fork-tailed drongo,
the almost monotonus bg offers good contrast, the details are fine and the red eye of the bird looks sharp and beautiful, fine management of exposure here,

Dear Annick,
Very good details on the black body of this drango. we also have a same drongo in our country. I feel the lighting was low and even in this lighting the picture has comeout very nice .composition is too good.

Voor dit soort foto's ben ik altijd in. Wat een schitterende opname. De kleuren en scherpte zijn ook nu weer perfect. De prachtige achtergrond is nog een bonus. Uitstekende compositie. Kwalitatief erg goed!

What did I do, blink..and mis a couple of your postings. You are hard to keep up with!. One thing I love about your photos is that they are very sharp, well saturated, with good light, but they are never harsh... never too much sharpening nor contrast. They are just lovely. I really like the softly variegated background behind this simple composition.

Hi Annick,
Nice shot of this drongo. I particularly liked the background.Like a painting i might add. We have the same species here in India too though now its no longer D . adsimilis but D. macrocercus.
