Daddy long legs spider

I got this spider wrapping up his prey under the window sill. It's the first time I got to see this species wrapping it's prey. Found it very interesting, and hope you do too. The unlucky bug looks like a Maize bug. But I can not be sure.

For those of you that is interested in learning more of this spider I did a previous post here.

Gran agudeza sobre la araña y la presa con tonos metálicos, casi irreales.

Hi Gerhard
The bug is a mealie bug. use to catch flies and chuck them into the webs when I was a kid, spiders did not bother me then as they do now, too stupid to know what they were, anyway. Beautiful caprure. Smilies hy es nie meer nie!

I think your dark technique gives you very nice results. The detail here is very very good, although I suppose you would get the same result wich a shorter exposition. Here you can almost see the transparencie of the body. You can try to use a external flash from another angle to see how it works. Greetings.

Very nice capture, it's good that we can see inside the silk to fond details of the victim. Very nice work Gerhard.
