Wattled Starling (non breeding plumage) - Creatophora cinerea.
Bird ID, thanks to Stretch!

I saw a group of these birds flying around a herd of Zebras. I thought the 'natural' (zebra) background makes this pic quite interesting.

Help with bird id is greatly appreciated.
