Hi
The picture of this sunbird feeding on a flower was taken in the very early morning, so light condition was far from perfect. With 1/100 it was almost impossible to freeze the movements of these nervous birds. The fill-in flash freezed parts of the movements, giving a mixture of movements and frozen image.

itīs a very good POV and moment...
itīs a pitty that the object is blur... and we have no good details. (itīs very hard to capture birds and we can do the best we can...)
But I liked the composition too much.
