[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I believe this was taken near Lake Manyara just to the west of Arusha. I took it with a Nikon 8008S and the Nikkor 75-300mm [slow] lens. I liked the mood of the creatures fleeing in a cloud of dust. The picture is deliberately dark and you must click on it to see its desirable features.

The State and City are just something to fill in the blanks.

I love the subject matter and agree with you on the mood that is set by it being dark. However the top left hand corner appears a little grainy. That detracts a little from the mood of this shot. All in all a fantastic composition but with some minor tech. problems. Thanks for sharing.

I love the atmosphere of this photo. It makes me feel like I'm there and watching all happening. It's a real pity the sky is so grainy.
