[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a purple starling. They are very common in Arusha/Kilimanjaro. I was eating my lunch and it came begging for food. The signs around asked not to feed the birds, so I did not throw any bread it to .. it began to strut around me .. demanding food (or so I thought) ... puffing itself up, standing taller and glaring at me etc. I captured the "standing taller and glaring at me" bit here :)

Hello Liezel,
This photo (also the starling) is beautiful: look at this glance....and the colours of feather. Background is well taken and the focus on that purple starling has been good set.
You can really feel the pride of this wonderful bird
