Something about the intelligence of this baboon's gaze that really struck me. We were driving in on the bumpy road to Lake Manyara Tree Camp when we saw this guy. I suspect he was the alpha male...the others left this big guy alone and I got the feeling that he was boss. With a look like that he should be.
