This picture is taken on the climb up Kilimanjaro.

Kilimanjaro is Africas highest mountain and also considered the highest free standing mountain in the world, rising ~4500 metres from its base.

This picture is taken around 3000 metres and shows a different landscape than can be seen on the underlaying savannahs.

In view is Mount Meru (4,566 metres).
