[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This cute monkey lives in the beatifull forest of the lake manyara np.
There are a lot of monkeys most of them are this kinds.
A lot of inhabitants in zanzibar had this monkeys as pets.I donīt like that much because I think these animals have to climb and jumg in the forest not like a dog at home.
Even though they are so cute^^
Best regards Toba

Hello Tobias,
I quite agree with you. We should not deprive them of their freedom. I liked the pose captured here,. Good focus, sharpness and plenty of details. Considering the way it has positioned its hands, I can easily place an imaginary guitar there.;) Thanks a lot for the picture,
Regards,
Smitha.

Hi Tobias.
You have create a wonderful action shot of charming animal. I like pictured scene so much. Captured moment, turn of the monkey, scenery are amazing. I also like excellent combination of sharpness and blurriness. Image of the animal is reproduced perfectly and surrounding vegetation is pictured very well too. Lighting is impressive and great. Bravo. Well done.

Hi Tobias

Lovely profile shot of this primate. From the black face & hands and blue loin it looks much like a Vervet monkey - Cercopithecus aethiops, but I cannot be 100% sure from the profile only. If it is the correct ID, then it is the same kind as the ones on my photo that you just recently critiqued.

I like the natural environment in your shot and the overwhelming greenery makes the grey monkey stand out well. The details are quite sharp and the exposure is well balanced with good contrasts in the darker areas while the brighter areas shows no OE. The vertical composition worked well with excellent cropping to leave sufficient space for the subject to move in to.

Well done and TFS
Regards
Loot
