I'm not very sure, but if I have to guess, it's white-crowned shrike.
Finally the truth came out. It's Grey-Backed Fiscal.

A large shrike of wooded grassland, gardens and moist acacia scrub. Often found in pairs or small groups these are sociable birds. They tend to gather on stumps, wires and branches where they engage in tail waving, wing fluttering and noisy chatter. Despite favouring moister habitats than the Long-tailed Fiscal (Lanius cabanisi) it is common in the somewhat arid Lake Baringo region, particularly in the area of the lakeshore.

I love the pose on this bird and the way he is trying to balance on the twig, well caught. I have the same camera but not the lens, I wish.

Aivar
I think that you have a right about a bird. It looks like white-crowned shrike. If you have more shot from the same bird from a side you can probably see shape of the bill and colours of the feathers which can help you for better identification. Nice pose and details with natural colours.

Hi Aivar,
A very nice shot on this Shrike. The colors and detail look excellent. The pose is unusual, and to me that is what makes this shot. Good seperation from the OOF backround. Looks great.

Hi Aivar,
Just a note on the ID. Not Eurocephalus - has a snow white crown and monocolor undertail. The most common Shrike in Serengeti is Lanius excubitoroides (Grey-backed Fiscal), and this is a typical example.

Hello Aivar,
I'm sure I've critiqued this image before, I even remember what I said, yet here is the empty box which means I couldn't have. Strange. Anyway, it's a great shot, I like this very much. The posture of the bird is excellent, with the tail sideways and the head turned into the frame. A great exposure with great detail in the breast feathers. Nicely framed and perfect DOF, a great shot.
Regards,
Adrian
