You describe yourself as a artist more than a photographer, one who finds beauty in everything but one with no patience and right equipment.But i have to disagree with you, 'coz all your shots in this gallery are par excellence.

This is an amazing composition beautiful in its colours, sharpness, contrasts and sharpness.THe BG is a real stealer of appealing green and deftly pushes the viwer's focus on the subject in FG.
Very well done.This one into my favourites.

Been a bit busy lately and i've missed some of your nice postings...but i did look at them now and i want to take this chance and congratulate you for each of them :)
This one here is again a beauty - presenting this red-and-yellow barbet is a gorgeous way!
I just love what you did here with the DOF and how you managed to keep it in spot-on focus while having that charming blurry BG there as well.
The colors are absolutely lovely and stand out even from the thumbnail! This is definitely a calendar shot! Impeccable details and great light, too!

Long time ago I've photographed this beautiful bird in Tanzania too. But before the digital period. Now I know how fantastic-coloured this Barbet is. Perfect sharpness, POV and a great composition.

Hi Way, the detail on the front termite mound and bird is very good and you have excellent colour here. I've never seen one of these birds before, the colour collage is amazing. The composition is good with him sitting in the sweet spot of the frame, looking out to the left. It looks like you ran into a little bit of trouble with the noise reduction, or blurring of the background, with just a little bit of haloing around the right rock or mound. It's not bad, and only seen if someone goes looking for it. I like the neutral frame you've wrapped this one in. Nice presentation.

Splendid! I like this image very much. It is just beautiful. The photos in your gallery are all spectacular, and it was dificult to choose one out of the many.I have decided to give my smiley to one of your older postings with the title "Pretty Barbet". This is such an elegant and dignified looking bird and it is indeed a beauty. It looks as if it is posing just for you and waiting to be snapped. I just love the patterns and different shades of colours of its feathers. It is truly an exceptionally beautiful bird. The more I look at it the more beautiful it gets and the more I like it.
