I FIND THIS TORTOISE DRIVING ON A ROAD THROUGH THE RAIN-FOREST OF KIBALE (UGANDA).
I DON'T KNOW THE SUB-SPECIES NAME, MAYBE SOMEBODY MAY HELP ME.
I ONLY CAN SAY THAT IT'S NOT A SEA TURTLE OR A WATER TORTOISE, BUT IT'S A LAND ONE.

From Wikipedia:
Turtles are reptiles of the order Testudines (all living turtles belong to the crown group Chelonia), most of whose body is shielded by a special bony or cartilagenous shell developed from their ribs. The order of Testudines includes both extant (living) and extinct species, the earliest turtles being known from the early Triassic Period, making them one of the oldest reptile groups, and a much more ancient group than the lizards and snakes. About 300 species are alive today.

A beautiful photo with excellent colors and use of light. DOF and sharpness are spot on. I would have tried to clone out the piece of grass, because it is blocking my view. Anyway excellent photo

A very nice shot on this Turtle/Tortoise, You tell by their toes, webbed or not. Excellent exposure! The light and shadow look great. Nice saturated colors and sharp detail!

Hi Andrea,
Excellent shot, the lighting is superb! Nice detail and nice natural colours, but the lighting really gives this some depth. Well seen and captured.

Image pretty simple. However, very well done! Excelent sharpness and wonderful lights! An image to shot with lowest iso and minimum shutter, for shure... ;-)
