[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Yellow billed stork was photographed at his usual fishing spot at the sunset dam near Lower Sabie. He is such a permanent fixture that photographers in the area have named him "Harry". The wings are held like this so that he can see into the water similar to when we cup our hands to see through a window.

Hello Robin,
I remember very well this fellow...at the sunset dam. It is also 'dam' difficult to photograph him while he's or she's busy fishing. All this to say you captured him very well with a nicely done catch light in its eye.
Some day the crocodiles will get him, I'm afraid. Poor Harry:-)
Well done

Hi Robin
What a superb photo. The lighting is really excellent and gives a flamingo-like colour to the stork. The water movement and reflection are also very sharp.Strangely enough I have never noticed this bird at Sunset dam but will be on the look-out next time.

Nice shot. Excellent sharpness and details. The colours look good too.

Robin,

Awesome lighting and sharpness. The pic is well composed and the golden light makes it very appealing to the eye. The contrasting colours in the pic, POV and DOF also add to the quality of your pic.

Sheriff
