It truly is a noble creature!
The authorities of Kenya are now doing their best to preserve this animal as their numbers have been declining over the last few years.

I was lucky to see this fella in the grass as we were roaming the Masai Mara reserve.It seemed to me he was checking things out.....looking for his next meal.
