ngorongoro crater has a high salt lake with licks all around..a gathering place for all creatures..and a super place to see them...kills dont seem to take place here as most of the species honour each others prescence in this basic live sustaining situation..
move further out into the grass and bush and the claws come out!! |

Hi Geof,
Beautiful landscape decorated with thousands of birds, nicely captured.
Great shot.

Hi Geof.
What a nice colour and texture combination of cloudy rich coloured sky and crater. Very expressive view with amazing separating dark curve of mountains. Combination of lights and darks is amazing too as well as the great sharpness and details of the shot. Superb composition. My compliments and best wishes.
Alexei.
Hello Geof,
That is an awesome lot of birds, flamingoes I will think..!
Interesting layered composition, where the pinkish tone seems to be rubbing off from the birds...
Good details in the cloud formation!
Greetings,
Pablo -
