Hi Ania,
I just visted the photo from Krzysztof. You both must have had a wonderful time. This is a very beautiful photo. I know that this is a cold place, you managed to give it warmth. The low sunlight gave the rock a beautiful warm color tone and turned the snow almost into gold. The reflection is beautiful, especially how it is slightly distorted by the small waves. The details are super. I hope to see some more wonderful photos soon.

Indeed a splendid water reflection. I can understand why you like them so much :)
Lovely photo taken from what i heared wasa a great trip :)
The colors here are terrific and very well saturated. The warm light here really helped you out with that.
The details are also charming and very sharp and the composition is beautiful.

Beautiful colours in this morning light. Detail, view, reflection, everything all spot on.
Just one thing and this is being picky but not sure if the fringing along the top of the icefall could be from over sharpening or is chromatic aboration, ie fringing in contrast areas.
Amazing image and I look forward to seeing more of your images.

I love colours on this big, snowy mountain. Blurred reflection in water, warm light, shadows, clear sky - everything looks superb. Hard to sleep in such beautifull place ;-)

The surroundings of Bransfield are incredible. You have reflected perfectly these warm lights of the long day of high latitude on the white permanent (at least now) ices of the antarctic islands.

Hi Ania, very nice shot of the Emerald Icefall. You have made very good use of the morning light in this shot in producing the colour here with these great textures. This is continued in the reflections of the water. It seems very warm, very peaceful. The blue sky provides a very good contrast.

What a special opportunity you had in visiting and working in Antarctica! The warm light in this photo is beautiful. It presents us with a different "warmer" view of Antarctica. Its a very nice sharp image.

You must have had a wonderful time. How its coem that the snow is so glowing red? The time you take this photo was about 11.51. Is the sunrise so late? Anyway. A perfect compo, with natural colours. A wonderful mirror effect. I like that kind of photos very much. I find it one of the most difficult parts of photography, taking snowpictures. Then is the colour to blue and then to red and so on and so on. But you did a great job. Well done. Regards and TFS BOB
