This photo is a next steep for previous photo. This is an Gentoo Penguin landing on a shore. It is very dangerous time for birds in this moment they can be attack by Leopard Seal, also during storm weather it is risk of injury when the waves can hit a bird into a rocks or ice blocks.

marks for action capture and pose but not technical merit the whites seem blown.

Fabulous shot, If I didn't know better, I'd say this little guy had a brush with a seal or some other kind of predator (and came out on the winning side). I love the action, the composition, and the sharp, crisp details. Excellent shot - makes me wish I lived in such an area to grab such terrific shots.
