I love penguins,and till now could only see the Galapagos penguins in the wild. This is a very nice capture of the gentoo penguin with good POV, details, background and composition.

Very nice capture of this cute Penguin with a long tail! I like its pose among the boulders and it stands out very nicely against the snow. Excellent low POV and a fine composition.

Nice to see another wildlife capture from you and that big and impressive trip :)
Indeed, this is a very cute penguin and one with really a very prominent tail.
Great details and very nice, natural pose here, all exposed very well and composed interestingly.
A very beautiful post completed by a nice note.

This Penguin seems to be one with the grey rocks on this desolate place, Chris.
The patches of colour on its head and beak break the uniformity of black and white.
Very good sharp and crisp image.

Wonderful shot of this Gentoo Penguin in its natural habitat and in a classic pose. Prefcet lighting and exposure levels. Very interesting educational note on this species and I would have loved to see its tail more vividly - which to be more sprayed. The red beak adds just a bit of colour. Excellent POV and very nicely composed. Kudos.
