Welcome to TrekNature!
A cute capture of this Penguin gazing at the ocean. Nice composition, colours and detail. There is a wonderful webcam from the Antarctic at the Gars O Higgins Research Station. To get the web address go to Forums at the top of the page and look for Lovenature from Dec 12th. You may enjoy watching the young penguins. The camera is updated every 15 minutes or so.

Welcome to TN. This is a nice first contribution - and close to my hear as my good friend is now at the station and five more will be there quite soon :-)
The image is very nice for its simplicity and very nice composition with the penguin and perspective line along the wave-front.

I did some workshop to enhance the colours and sharpness a bit. I hope you like the result.

I was waiting for your first post - and it was worth the wait!
Very good capture - the composition is great with the dark sand and the white of sea and penguin. I like the pose of the bird, looking back over its shoulder. Also the tracks are very nice.

I love this shot of the penguin with the head turned.
Excellent low POV, sharp details, and good exposure.
The simple composition is lovely, with the wave coming in on the beach.

The footprints of the penguin by the coast are a fabulous detail. I adore this photograph! Lovely composition. You captured his funny expression well.
