It is also known as the Blue-eyed Shag and by many other names (11 just for the South American race), and is one of a larger group of cormorants called blue-eyed shags.
This species is found on the coasts of southern Chile and Argentina, on the Antarctic Peninsula, and on many islands in the Southern Hemisphere, including the Falklands, South Georgia, Heard Island and Macquarie Island.

hi Ferran
this is very nice image
very good sharp
well done.
hello Ferran
this capture is very beautiful with very sharp
eyes and beuautiful model.
Bonjour Ferran,
L'oiseau est magnifique, avec un oeil bleu incroyable. La composition attire l'oeil, avec les lignes de pente bien marquées de l'horizon, qui donnent beaucoup de mouvement à l'image.
Amicalement
