[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was holding my camera inside the bars, when the bear decide to greet me at the gate of his home. He is very fast even without one foot. Animals at most Asian zoos are fed treats by visitors. Hawkers sell stalks of bananas and other eatables at the front entrance. This is one disappointed bear. His home isn't much to write about, but probably better fed than if loose with one foot missing. (look back for previous shot of him). Angkor Wat Zoo

Hi Gloria,
A very disturbing existence for this Sun Bear. Not a pretty sight, but alot of animals are kept in worse conditions than this.

Hi

This is horrible to see. That's why I hate and avoid zoos. The animals all look stressed.

I must agree with Scott that many are kept in conditions even less suitable to life than this.
