Hello Matthew

I had to laugh when you wrote in your notes that you thought the butterfly was playing games with you.I think they do.They are clever little beauties.You have managed a well focused shot with very good DOF and POV.The butterfly details are sharp and the BG is super.The colours are well saturated and the composition is well done.TFS

Hi Matthew, your note is the story of my life when it comes to photoing butterflies.It is like you say ,they do seem like they are playing games with us.They always have their photographer radar on and bang they move away and land nearby only to confound ya-little so and so's.Your capture has good detail in it especially in its eyes and all that after 10 minutes.Tfs. Hi Matthew,
I like the most the clean image displayed.
I think you did it great in the PP with the curves.
DOF perhaps a little narrow, but the focus on the head of the insect is the right one.
The background got is so soft and nicely blurred.

selam matthew; This is a very beautiful macro!
I like the camera work on this one and especially the sharpness that you managed to get on the body and head of this lovely butterfly.
The textures are also well visible and well isolated from a nicely blurred BG.
Lovely tones and colors, good exposure and excellent composition.

This is a splendid macro shot here!
I really like the shallow DOF used here that really concentrates all the attention on the butterfly's head. The focused parts look very sharp and clear and the OOF BG is a bliss, as well.
Splendid composition realized, too, with plenty of room in front of the subject, good exposure and contrast.
