A subspecies of the long tailed tit,Aegithalos caudatus vinaceus.
It's impossible for me to buy up all the Great tits or Siskin or Greenfinch which I see in captive;May be ten thousand of Great tits and Marsh tits be caged from the wild In each year. But some other birds,As Paradise-flycatcher,nuthatch,or the long tailed tit, seems rarely be caught;Like captived willow warblers, most longtail died in cage, from 2 or 3 hours to half a day,for they refuse mixed foods.
I fond five of the little guys, and force each of them ate worms to keep strength before set them free. It's not a beautiful photo, but a more beautiful ending than the poor woodpecker; All of them flew away safely at last.Best wishes for this little feathered balls!! |
