Where there is water, there is grass..... The giant puddles reflect the stormy sky. The river of snow and glacier melt provides a swatch of greenery as it runs on it's way to become one of the greatest rivers in Asia. (Tibet gets extremely little rain, but my trip had rain almost daily).

Hello Gloria,

I really like this picture - the sky and reflections are both amazing. I think that the image would look even better if you levelled off the horizon (it falls slightly to the left) and cropped the land in the foreground, which is out of focus and doesn't really add anything.

A calm and lovely lake, reflecting so well the dramatic sky hovering above!
Muted colours in low light creating a special atmosphere, the clouds are nicely exposed!
