| The plane is approaching the Kathmandu Valley, from Tibet. All harsh mountain terrain the entire way. Windswept barren mountains with huge glacier rivers in Tibet, the beginning of Asias' many mighty rivers. Here in Nepal, green, filled with vegetation, rivers, and life. (I was first in line for a seat as usual. BUT I said window, I forgot the "no wing seat, please"! So as in every trip, I have a wing (or at best a propeller)in my pics! Sorry!) |
