[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The dry Tibetian plateau on the way to Lhasa. Crystal clear air adds an uncanny effect to the lanscape of blue skies and white clouds. A rain storm is coming today. That is rare, and very welcome. However, it has rained all 3 times I traveled to Tibet, at different times of the year. (I love rain).

Extraordinarily beautiful photo! The rule of thirds gives a dramatic effect in this photo!
