| Tibet is a land of contrasts, the barren mountains and river lands. Few trees grow naturally on the plateau, which starts at 15,00 feet. Glaciers and snow melt replace the meager rain for river water. The high Himalayas peaks have snow all year long. |

a good capture of the mood of the weather
well composed with the sky given more space to lighten the effect of the heavy mountain tones
orangy part could have been cropped or cloned just to emphasise the mountain tones

A fine diagonal composition, with good details in the landscape!
Varied light and fine colours, the sky has been recorded with fine details in the cloud formations!

Very nice. Well contrasted with great colors and exposure. I like the light & shadows cast across these hills by the shifting clouds, beautiful sky too :)

Hi Gloria!
Contrast is there as you said, and what I see it in is the mood of the imponderable patterns of mountain and those heavy clouds pushing them down. I like it because usually mountains look heavy and clouds look light, but here I have a different feeling of it. It is beautiful, TFS!
