Big storm coming in a land of little rain. Water is always welcome in the barren desert. The only green growth is near the rivers made of melted snow and ancient glaciers.

Hi Gloria!

You present us a dramatic scenery with wonderful colors and the impression of all the power of nature. I also like the composition and the reflection very much.

From the technical point of view, I believe that the image is a bit too dark. Some level corrections would improve it, I have tried a workshop.

Kind regards

Markus

Hello Gloria,
That thick carpet of clouds is dark and promising rain!
The image is made interesting by the play of light in the clouds, I also notice the reflection in the calm lake...
In Norway we have this saying "...calm before the storm", it probably fits for Tibet too!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Gloria,
this is simply.---Glorious! The composition, contrasts and the menacing clouds, the truly wild and wide landscape, just great this picture (a favorite to me). I tried a workshop version, see what you think about it.
With my best regards
Dietrich
