Hamadryas Baboon (Papio hamadryas) have a highly organised, unique and complicated social struture. Groups of about 60 individuals called 'bands' travel together.

Hamadryas Baboons are naturally found in the dry, treeless semi-desert and rocky terrain in Africa. Their natural enemies are leopards, lions, hyenas, pythons and eagles. In the wild they eat grass, roots, tubers, seeds, nuts and fruit.

Love the light and the fur details.
Great sharpness and wonderful color tones.
Great how the baboon does stand of against the dark BG.
Only minor flaw is the reddisch spot in front of the head.
