| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This shot of a yellow-faced Myna was taken in the Pamela Youde aviary in Hong Kong Park on a bright sunny afternoon. In addition to the exotic birds in this aviary, the park has now put up hanging posts with fruits to attract the birds to come to feed and rest close to the visitors, so that a rather close-up photo can be obtained. It is really worth a visit.
I used a Panasonic FZ DMC FZ-18 digital camera using aperture priority at F3.6 1/125s EV compensation -0.7 at ISO100. The shot was taken hand-held at 234 mm (35 mm equivalent)zoom.
Slight cropping and sharpening were applied. |
