Hello Pankaj,
this looks very similar to the British Bluebottle Fly... I'm not sure if you get them India though (you need Ivan!).
Great capture and a lovely dedication to our friend Ganesh and his son.
+++ Exceptionally detailed especially in the grass. Very sharp and a defined. Nice colours.
--- The BG is very bright and I think the photo would have credited from a darker BG but that is the only problem and is very minor anyway.
